Final Judgment was awarded on September 20, 2013 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-000777 DIV N, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS FKA BANKERS TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2001-KS3 is the Plaintiff, and AARON KEATON; ARCHIE MAE KEATON; »ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
