Final Judgment was awarded on October 23, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-003844, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR PHH 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and MARTHA A. COPPELLI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTHA A. COPPELLI; SOMERSET PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
