NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-005482-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Julielou Jester, Tenant # 1 also known as Donnovan Jester , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 49, CRESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION SIXTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 77, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
