NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on November 17, 2014, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell the property described as follows:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT A-1708, BUILDING 17, PHASE I, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HAMMOCK PINE VILLAGE III, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6133, PAGE 2313, ET SEQ., INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 106 THROUGH 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 18th of December, 2014, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
