NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 04, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-000706-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein M&T Bank, is Plaintiff and Clifford Lockwood et. al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Payson Park, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 109 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 3311 40th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33713
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
