NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 185-C of WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM V, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4485, Page 1615, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Page 56, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 9, 2015.
