NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2014, and entered in 11-005700-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and BRANDON J. LEVI A/K/A BRANDON BECKER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE A. BECKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRANDON J. LEVI AKA BRANDON BECKER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE A. BECKER; CHARLES L. BECKER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE BECKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES L. BECKER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE BECKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD C. BECKER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE A. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
