NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2014, and entered in 11-005700-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and BRANDON J. LEVI A/K/A BRANDON BECKER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE A. BECKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRANDON J. LEVI AKA BRANDON BECKER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE A. BECKER; CHARLES L. BECKER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE BECKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES L. BECKER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE BECKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD C. BECKER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE A. BECKER; RONALD C. BECKER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE A. BECKER; UNKNOWN TENANT; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). LOT 69, LESS THE WEST 12 FEET THEREOF, JOHN T LESLIES SUB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK âTâ, PAGE 1 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
