NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-008804-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-9, is the Plaintiff and HENRYK MARCINIAK, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 7, 2015 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9 AND PART OF LOTS 8 AND 10 OF BLOCK 3, OF OAKDALE MANOR ADDITION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 82 AND 83, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THAT PART OF LOTS 8 AND 10 BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THAT PART OF SAID LOT 8, BEING AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 8, THENCE SOUTH 20 DEGREES 25 MINUTES 41 SECONDS EAST, 92.30 FEET, ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 8 TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 8, THENCE SOUTH 48 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 46 SECONDS WEST, 15.77 FEET ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 8, THENCE NORTH 11 DEGREES 55 MINUTES 25 SECONDS WEST, 99.18 FEET, TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED POINT OF BEGINNING. THAT PART OF SAID LOT 10; BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 10, THENCE SOUTH 122.67 FEET, TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 10, THENCE NORTH 47 DEGREES 32 MINUTES 41 SECONDS WEST, 10.45 FEET, ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 10, TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 10, THENCE NORTH 4 DEGREES 02 MINUTES 06 SECONDS EAST, 116.46 FEET, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 10, TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED POINT OF BEGINNING.
AND THAT PART OF LOT 8, BLOCK 3, OAKDALE MANOR ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 82 AND 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 8 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 11 DEGREES 55 MINUTES 25 SECONDS EAST, 99.18 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 8; THENCE SOUTH 78 DEGREES 04 MINUTES 35 SECONDS WEST, 20.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 11 DEGREES 55 MINUTES 25 SECONDS WEST, 91.78 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 8, THENCE BY A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, RADIUS 300.00 FEET, ARC 21.31 FEET, CHORD NORTH 54 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 32 SECONDS EAST 21.30 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
