NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-011437-O of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein is the Plaintiff and Marcos Marareno a/k/a Marcos P. Macareno a/k/a Macareno M. Perez a/k/a Marcos Macareno Perez; Maria S. Macareno a/k/a Ma Susana Ramipez De Macareno a/k/a S Demacareno A/k/a S. Ramirez; Orange County Florida; MDTR LLC, As Trustee Under the 10627 3rd Avenue Land trust Dated 4/10/13; Unknown Tenant a/k/a Jack Ogburn; Unknown Tenant n/k/a Kilberly Ogburn are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK C, OAK LEVEL HEIGHTD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK L, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
