NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-017302-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as trustee for RALI 2006QS18 is the Plaintiff and Diana Joy Federico; A. Darren Jafroodi; Julia Jafroodi; Unknown Spouse of Diana Joy Federico; Wekiva Preserve Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 21st day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, WEKIVA PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
