NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-037194-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N. A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and DARYL A. REPOKIS; DEER CREEK VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANGELO BENADUCE; GIOVANNA GENTILE IN BENADUCE; KAREN REPOKIS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 20th day of October, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 398, OF DEER CREEK VILLAGE SECTION 5, WILLIAMSBURG AT ORANGEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, AT PAGES 110 AND 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
