Patel, Vionette A. Frank, Westyn Bay Community Association, Inc., Maywatty Appadu, Orange County Clerk of Court, Don Mealey Chevrolet, Inc., Wayne P. Roberts, William H. Roberts, Mary S. Roberts, and John Doe #1, a tenant in possession, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on December 16, 2014, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 59, WESTYN BAY - PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 54, Pages 29-36, Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Notice is also given pursuant to ยง 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
