NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 16th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-039449-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”) is Plaintiff and JOSE A. AGUILAR A/K/A JOSE ASCANIO AGUILAR; ANGELICA AGUILAR; ELIANA A. PINEDO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIANA A. PINEDO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; STATE FARM FIRE AND CASUALTY COMPANY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 21st day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK “C”, PINE GROVE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “W”, AT PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
