NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 07, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-012269-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR LUMINENT MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-2, is Plaintiff, and TODD PALMER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit B106, WATERFALL COVE AT WINTER PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 8521, Page 1299, and all its attachments and amendments thereto, all in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
