NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2014, and entered in 2013-CA-004446-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA19, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA19 is the Plaintiff and KASEEMA RHUE; CAROLE L. VENUS AKA CAROLE I VENUS; VISTA LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A CORRINE VENUS; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 are the Defendant(s). Colleen M. Reilly as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 20, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 78, VISTA LAKES VILLAGE N-4 & N-5 (CHAMPLAIN), ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 51-56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
