NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2014, and entered in 2014-CA-001466-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III is the Plaintiff and ANGEL E. GUERRA; CARMEN C. GUERRA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGEL E. GUERRA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARMEN C. GUERRA ; FOREST RIDGE AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 are the Defendant(s). Colleen M. Reilly as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 27, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 170, FOREST RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 91-93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
