NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2014, and entered in 2013-CA-004455-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC DBA CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and ELSIE HERBERT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELSIE HERBERT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TOTAL BANK, A FLORIDA BANKING CORPORATION; TELECOM 1 VOICE, DATA & ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS, L.L.C.; ROBERT G MOSS AND ASSOCIATES, INC.; CATALINA ISLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Colleen M. Reilly as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 23, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A, BUILDING 2761, CATALINA ISLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9137, PAGE 983, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
