NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuantto an Order dated September 17,2014, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2012-CA-005281-0 (33), the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on November 18, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT66, OF DIAMOND HILL AT SWEETWATER COUNTRY CLUB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, AT PAGES, 26, 27 AND 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
