NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 6, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-013248-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ROCHELET OVINCE; CHARITABLE OVINCE A/K/A CHARITABLE S OVINCE; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/10/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
