NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2014, and entered in 2010-CA-016158-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF POPULAR ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-C, is the Plaintiff and SHIRLEY A. BIGLEY; JOSEPH A. BIGLEY; WACHOVIA BANK NA are the Defendant(s). Colleen M. Reilly as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ: THE EAST 80.00 FEET OF LOTS 1 AND 3, BLOCK “C”, FLORIDA SHORES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “Q”, PAGE 142, PUBLIC REOCRDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
