RODRIGUEZ; FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY CREDIT UNION; CEEBRAID-SIGNAL PORTFOLIO I; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY; NEW CENTURY FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; AITZA RODRIGUEZ; SUJEIL RODRIGUEZ; MARLENY VALE; MARLENY A. THE NORTH 180 FEET OF THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 31 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING WEST OF THE FOLLOWING LINE: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, 290.6 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER THEREOF, RUN THENCE NORTH 1322.44 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY THEREOF, 270.31 FEET EAST THEREOF, LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1945, PAGE 203, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND LESS:
THE EAST 18 OF THE WEST 48 FEET OF THE NORTH 180 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 31 EAST, ORANGE, COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING EAST OF ECONOLOCKHATCHEE TRAIL EXISTING RIGHT OF WAY.
