NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2014, and entered in 2010-CA-016944-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and LUIS M. RODRIGUEZ; FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY CREDIT UNION; CEEBRAID-SIGNAL PORTFOLIO I; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY; NEW CENTURY FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; AITZA RODRIGUEZ; SUJEIL RODRIGUEZ; MARLENY VALE; MARLENY A. VALLE; IDALMIS IBARS; MONICA L. DE LA PAZ; ANA F. RECIO; GRISELLE PABON; YEKZENIA COLON; MICHELLE RODRIGUEZ; LILLIAN ROSARIO; MAYRA E. Reilly as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 180 FEET OF THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 31 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING WEST OF THE FOLLOWING LINE: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, 290.6 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER THEREOF, RUN THENCE NORTH 1322.44 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY THEREOF, 270.31 FEET EAST THEREOF, LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1945, PAGE 203, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND LESS:
THE EAST 18 OF THE WEST 48 FEET OF THE NORTH 180 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 31 EAST, ORANGE, COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING EAST OF ECONOLOCKHATCHEE TRAIL EXISTING RIGHT OF WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
