NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2014, and entered in 2013-CA-015069-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein ALS VII-RVC, LLC is the Plaintiff and FRANK ROJAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK ROJAS; COURTNEY LANDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; FENCE OUTLET INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Colleen M. Reilly as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 23, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 3-318, COURTNEY LANDING, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8239, PAGE 2982, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
