NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 482013CA012866 of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2005 13, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005 13 is Plaintiff and PHOENIX ENTERPRISES OF ORLANDO, INC., A DISSOLVED FLORIDA CORPORATION; TERRI L. WILLIAMS; SANDRA POLITI; BELLA TERRA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BLUE HORIZONS A/K/A BLUE HORIZONS POOLS AND SPAS, INC.; J&M PAINTING & RECONSTRUCTION, INC.; OST SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, LYDIA GARDNER, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com,11:00 A.M. on the 27th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 12207 OF BELLA TERRA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8056, PAGE 1458, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
