NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 6, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-012976-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGQ BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2, is the Plaintiff, and, ALBERT BOTT; JANE DOE A/K/A JENNIFER REYNOLDS; JOHN DOE A/K/A DARREN REYNOLDS; MICHELLE C. GARRETT; THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, STATE OF FLORIDA; IDA GREEN; JENNIFER R. CLARK; JAKEYA SMITH; LAPIN SEPTIC TANK SERVICE, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 14, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANY WAY APPERTAININO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
