Final Judgment was awarded on April 11, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2013-CA-000542-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2004-RS7, is the Plaintiff, and, MARIA G. RAMIREZ; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC; MCCOY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ORANGE COUNTY CLERK OF THE COURT; TODD D. PAQUETTE; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A JOSE PALAMINO; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
