Final Judgment was awarded on April 5, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 48-2009-CA-034615-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2005EFC4,, is the Plaintiff, and, JUAN A. CUBILETE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN A. CUBILETE N/K/A MARIELA MORE; PINE RIDGE HOLLOW EAST HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE N/K/A WILFREDO FLORENCIANI; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 14, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
