NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 12, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-001749-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE8 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE8, is the Plaintiff, and, VERA WOODWARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VERA WOODWARD; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA AS AN ACTIVE SUCCESSOR OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK; SEARS HOME IMPROVEMENT PRODUCTS, INC.; THE PALMS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN #2; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 16, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 134, THE PALMS SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 98 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
