NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 18, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-018037-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and, GREG JEFFERSON; TWANA JEFFERSON; SILVER GLEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 16, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
