GRAY; NATIONAL CITY BANK; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN CANTU; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD I. GRAY; SOUTHRIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA KELLY SHEEHAN ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA LAYDEN SADEKY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
