NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 19, 2009 in Civil Case No.: 48-2009-CA-007706 O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff, and, INOCENTE N. RODRIGUEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF INOCENTE N. RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) A/K/A HAYDEE FUNDORA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 20, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42,WINDROSE AT SOUTHMEADOW UNIT 1,ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58,PAGE 88 THROUGH 92,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
