Final Judgment was awarded on July 28, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-006343-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, DENNIS L. CASTLE; BRUNO J. VEGA AKA BRUNO VEGA; OVERLOOK AT PARKSIDE AT ERROL ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; EQUABLE ASCENT FINANCIAL, LLC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 20, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
