NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 13, 2008 in Civil Case No.: 48-2008-CA-011706, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff, and, CESAR POCATERRA aka CESAR AUGUSTO POCATERRA; ARLENYS P.POCATERRA; OAKCREST AT SOUTHMEADOW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; SOUTHMEADOW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION,INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 20, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 109, PHASE T,OF OAKCREST AT SOUTHMEADOW, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8030, PAGE 241, AND ANY AMENDMENT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS DESCRIBED AS AN APPURTENANCE IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
