Final Judgment was awarded on September 10, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2013-CA-005563-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and, JOSE A. COTTO A/K/A JOSE ANTONIO COTTO; RUTH M. COTTO A/K/A RUTH MIRIAN COTTO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE A. COTTO A/K/A JOSE ANTONIO COTTO; RUTHIE F. COTTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUTH M. COTTO A/K/A RUTH MIRIAN COTTO; MCCOY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT FOR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; YAIRA MARTINEZ; JENNIFER COTTO; FIRST SELECT; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
