Notice is hereby given pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-000721 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2006-WMC4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WMC4, Plaintiff and Margaret Massie and Barbara McDonald and Donald Brown are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on NOVEMBER 10, 2014, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 183B, HARBOUR HEIGHTS, SECTION 11, A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF PART 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 13A THROUGH 13D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
