Lot 6, Block 421, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 18, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 8A through 8E, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
