NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 18 day of Sept., 2014, and entered in Case No. 09000906CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVING LP, F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP. is the Plaintiff and TYLER S. PETERSEN JENNIFER M. PETERSEN; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 7 day of Nov, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
