NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2014, and entered in 11-2014-CA-000714-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-QA11 is the Plaintiff and BELO KELLAM A/K/A BELO N. KELLAM A/K/A BELO KELLAM, JR. A/K/A BELO N. KELLAM, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BELO KELLAM A/K/A BELO N. KELLAM A/K/A BELO KELLAM, JR. A/K/A BELO N. KELLAM, JR.; JUNGLE PLUM WEST OF FOREST GLEN NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; FOREST GLEN GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; HERBERT ARNDT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on October 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, BLOCK 3, OF FOREST GLEN OF NAPLES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 94 THROUGH 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
