NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2014-CA-001120 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 20 day of October, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT NUMBER 203, OF THE WILLOUGHBY ACRES SUBDIVISION, A PART OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 24, 25 AND 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
