RE-NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2011, and an order to Re-Set Sale dated, September 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-009579 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., is Plaintiff and DAVID Y. JONES, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 3, KINGSFIELD LAKES, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE(S) 70 THROUGH 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
