NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 30th day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002442, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and RODOLFO HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RODOLFO HERNANDEZ N/K/A SAN JUANA LOPEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 29th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 37 FEET OF LOT 1, DELOACH SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 117 AND 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
