BOOK 863, PAGE 847, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND A PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
