Cathey II also known as Howard Cathey, also known as Howard G. Cathey, also known as Howard Cathey, II, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Juan Aviles, The Unknown Spouse of Howard G. Cathey II also known as Howard Cathey, also known as Howard G. Cathey, also known as Howard Cathey, II n/k/a Renee Cathey, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 30th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
