NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001252 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Carrie E. Mann a/k/a Carrie Mann, Carrie E. Mann, as Co-Trustee under Revocable Trust Agreement dated May 27, 2005, City Electric Supply Company, Graybar Electric Company, Inc., Regions Bank, successor in interest to AmSouth Bank, Southern Electric Supply Co., Inc., d/b/a Rexel Consolidated f/d/b/a Consolidated Electric Supply, Tenant #1 N/K/A Susan Heggan, Tenant #2 N/K/A Kevin Koloski, The Unknown Beneficiaries under the Revocable Trust Agreement dated May 27, 2005, William F. Mann, II a/k/a William Mann, II a/k/a William F. Mann, William F. Mann, II, as Co-Trustee under Revocable Trust Agreement dated May 27, 2005, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
