Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:

Lot 10, and the North 20 feet of Lot 9; the West 31.10 feet of the East 100.80 feet of the North 34.20 feet of Lot 9, Block “H”. Harmony Subdivision. as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7. Page(s) 43 and 43A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Together With any land situated between the Westerly Lot lines of said Lots 9 and 10, Block “H” and the canal separating said Block “H” from Block “E” and “F” of Harmony Subdivision. Also together with a Five foot walking casement as described in Official Records Book 2000, Page 342, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on December 22, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
