YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet the title on the following real property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit 102, Building 2, of The Landings South V, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1967, Page 1455, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida a/k/a 1605 Starling Drive, # 102, Bldg 2, Sarasota, FL 34231.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Isaac Manzo, of Manzo & Associates, P.A., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 4767 New Broad Street, Orlando, FL 32814, telephone number (407) 514-2692, on or before Nov 3, 2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
