NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2014, and entered in 2008-CA-013651 NC of the Circuit AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC MORTGAGE, LLC. Is the Plaintiff and MARLAE EILEEN JOHNSON; JOHN DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARLAE EILEEN JOHNSON; JANE DOE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK B, MCCLELLAN PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
