BEGIN AT A POINT WHERE THE SOUTH LINE OF U.S. GOVERNMENT LOT 3, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 37 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, INTERSECTS THE CENTERLINE OF COUNTY ROAD TO MIDNIGHT PASS; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF SAID ROAD, 895.6 FEET; THENCE N 55° 45' E, 690.91 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE N 55° 45' E, 85.29 FEET TO THE WESTERLY SIDE OF PEACOCK ROAD, THENCE N 29° 31' W ALONG PEACOCK ROAD, 110 FEET; THENCE S 55° 45' W, 85.29 FEET; THENCE S 29° 31' E, AND PARALLEL TO PEACOCK ROAD, 110 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LYING AND BEING IN THE N 1/2 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 37 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & Gache LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 4630 Woodland Corporate Blvd., Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33614, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
