NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 27th day of October, 2014, at 9:00 AM, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:

A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 00° 25' 48”, A CHORD LENGTH OF 11.44 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING OF NORTH 72° 43' 04” EAST; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE AN ARC LENGTH OF 11.44 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 11° 18' 28” EAST A DISTANCE OF 114.05 FEET TO A POINT IN THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 166; THENCE NORTH 17° 04' 02” WEST ALONG SAID WESTERLY LINE A DISTANCE OF 113.43 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
