Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Lots 18 and 20 and a portion of Lot 16, Block 13, Flora Villa, described as follows: Begin at the SE Corner of Lot 16; thence Westerly 79.35 feet; thence Northeasterly 79.67 feet; thence Southerly 7 feet to Point of Beginning, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 191 and 192, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on November 06, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
