NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23, 2014, and entered in 2011 CA 007486 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB N/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOHN STEINMETZ; UNKNOWN TENANT; JOCKEY CLUB OF NORTH PORT PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. ; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN STEINMETZ; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTERST IN THE ESTATE OF JAMES C. STEINMETZ; JAMES F. STEINMETZ are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 2627, OF 52ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 13, 13A THROUGH 13NN, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
